Common use of Directions to the Advisor Clause in Contracts

Directions to the Advisor. All directions by or on behalf of the Client or an Affiliated Company to the Advisor shall be in writing and may be delivered in any manner permitted by Section 16. The Advisor (i) shall be fully protected in relying upon any such writing that the Advisor believes to be genuine and to be signed or presented or sent by the proper person or persons (ii) shall be under no duty to make any investigation or inquiry as to any statement contained therein and (iii) may accept the same as conclusive evidence of the truth and accuracy of the statements therein contained.
