Directions to Trustee and Certificate Administrator. The Trustee or the Certificate Administrator, on behalf of the Trustee,, as the case may be, is hereby directed: (a) to accept the Mortgage Loans and hold the assets of the Trust Fund in trust for the Certificateholders; (b) to authenticate and deliver the Certificates of each Class substantially in the forms prescribed by Exhibits X-0, X-0, X-0, X-0, X-0, X-0, X-0, A-8 and A-9 in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; and (c) to take all other actions as shall be required to be taken by the terms of this Agreement.
