Director and Officer Positions. Upon the voluntary or involuntary termination of Executive’s employment for any reason, Executive will be deemed to have resigned from all director and officer positions he then holds with the Bank, the Holding Company, and any related or affiliated entity, and Executive agrees that this Agreement shall constitute affirmation of such resignations.
