Common use of Director Expenses Clause in Contracts

Director Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Directors for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with their attendance at meetings of the Board and any committees thereof, including without limitation travel, lodging and meal expenses.

Director Expenses. The Company shall reimburse all directors and the Directors Observers for all any reasonable out-of-out of pocket expenses incurred in connection with their attendance at meetings of the Board and or any committees thereof, including without limitation travel, lodging and meal expensescommittee thereof or other activities in connection with the performance of their service in such capacity.
