Common use of Director Expenses Clause in Contracts

Director Expenses. The Company shall pay the reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by each Director in connection with his or her attendance at meetings of the Board, meetings of any committee of the Board on which such Director serves and meetings of any board of directors or similar governing body of any subsidiary of the Company or any committee thereof on which such Director serves.

Director Expenses. The Company shall pay the reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by each Director the Directors and the Non-Voting Observer, as applicable, in connection with his or her attendance at (a) attending the meetings of the BoardBoard and all committees thereof, meetings of any committee of and (b) attending the Board on which such Director serves and meetings of any board of directors or similar governing body of any subsidiary of the Company or any committee thereof on which such Director servesand all committees thereof.

Director Expenses. Each director designated by the Investors will receive the same compensation, if any, for serving on the Board (and committees thereof) or on which such Director serves and meetings of any board the boards of directors or similar governing body (and committees thereof) of any subsidiary the Subsidiaries of the Company or as any committee thereof on which such Director servesother director receives.
