Common use of Director Expenses Clause in Contracts

Director Expenses. The Company shall reimburse all non-employee directors and observers for their reasonable out of pocket expenses related to attending meetings of the Board of Directors and performing other duties carried out on behalf of the Company, as requested by the Company in writing.
