Common use of Director Expenses Clause in Contracts

Director Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Investor Directors and Investor Observers for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with Board duties and meetings, up to US$20,000 per calendar year per Investor Director or Investor Observer.
