Common use of Director Expenses Clause in Contracts

Director Expenses. All reasonable expenses incurred by the directors of the Company in attending or otherwise participating in Board of Director and committee meetings and performing duties requested by the Company will be reimbursed by the Company.

Director Expenses. All The Company shall reimburse the reasonable expenses incurred by the directors of each Director who is not an employee of the Company for the reasonable costs incurred by such person in attending meetings of the Board (and any committee thereof) and other meetings or otherwise participating in Board events attended by such person on behalf of Director and committee meetings and performing duties requested by the Company will be reimbursed by the Company.

Director Expenses. All While serving on the Board, reasonable business expenses incurred by Director in the directors performance of the Company in attending or otherwise participating in Board of Director and committee meetings and performing Director’s duties requested by the Company will hereunder shall be reimbursed by the CompanyCompany in accordance with Company policies.
