Common use of Director Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Director Indemnification. To the maximum extent permitted by the Laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is organized, the Company shall indemnify and hold harmless each Investor Director and shall comply with the terms of the respective director indemnification agreement (the “Indemnification Agreement”), and at the request of any Investor Director who is not a party to an Indemnification Agreement, shall enter into an director indemnification agreement with such Investor Director in similar form to the Indemnification Agreement.
