If the Executive’s employment hereunder shall be terminated by him or by the Company in accordance with the terms set forth herein, then effective upon the date such termination is effective, he will be deemed to have resigned from all positions as an officer and director of the Company and of any of its Subsidiaries, except as the parties may otherwise agree.
