DIRECTORS AND EXECUTIVE OFFICERS OF THE PARTNERSHIP. The Partnership does not have any officers or directors. Under the limited partnership agreement, the Partnership's managing general partner, Pioneer USA, is granted the exclusive right and full authority to manage, control and administer the Partnership's business. Set forth below are the names, ages and positions of the directors and executive officers of Pioneer USA. Directors of Pioneer USA are elected to serve until the next annual meeting of stockholders or until their successors are elected and qualified.
