Common use of DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS Clause in Contracts

DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS. None of the Directors, major shareholders and/or person connected to them has any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the Agreement.

DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS. None of the Directors, Directors or major shareholders and/or person and persons connected to them with them, has any interest, whether direct or indirect, indirect in the Agreement.

DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS. None of the Directors, directors and/or major shareholders and/or person persons connected to them with a director or major shareholder of M3 has any interest, whether either direct or indirect, indirect in the AgreementSettlement.

DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS. None of the Directors, directors and major shareholders and/or person of the Company as well as persons connected to with them has have any interest, whether direct or and/or indirect, in the AgreementArrangement.

DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS. None of the Directors, directors and / or major shareholders and/or person of the Company or persons connected to them has any interest, whether direct or indirect, indirect in the Agreementabove contract.
