Common use of DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS Clause in Contracts

DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS. None of the Directors, directors or major shareholders and/or person person(s) connected to them has any interest, whether direct or indirect, indirect in the AgreementProposals.

DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS. None of the Directors, major shareholders and/or person connected to them has with a Director or a major shareholder of the Company, have any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the AgreementJoint Venture.
