Common use of DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS OF TOP TEAM Clause in Contracts

DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS OF TOP TEAM. As of the Closing Date, the directors of Top Team shall be Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx and such additional directors as shall be designated by Top Team, each to hold office, subject to the applicable provisions of the Certificate of Incorporation and By-Laws of Top Team, until the next annual stockholders' meeting of Top Team and until their respective successors shall be duly elected or appointed and qualified, and the persons set forth on Schedule 1.9 shall hold the offices of Top Team therein indicated until their respective successors shall be duly elected or appointed and qualified.
