DIRECTORS' AND OFFICERS' RIGHT OF INSPECTION. Every director and officer shall have the absolute right at any reasonable time for a purpose reasonably related to the exercise of such individual's duties to inspect and copy all of the corporation's books, records, and documents of every kind and to inspect the physical properties of the corporation and/or its subsidiary corporations. Such inspection may be made in person or by agent or attorney.
