Common use of Directors’ Expenses Clause in Contracts

Directors’ Expenses. The Company shall reimburse its non-employee directors for reasonable out-of-pocket business expenses incurred with respect to travel or promotion related to the Company, as approved by the Board of Directors.

Directors’ Expenses. The Company shall reimburse its each non-employee directors director for his or her reasonable out-of-pocket business expenses incurred in connection with respect to travel or promotion related to the Company, as approved by attending meetings of the Board of DirectorsDirectors or any committees thereof.

Directors’ Expenses. The Company shall promptly reimburse its each non-employee directors director for all reasonable out-of-pocket business expenses costs, including but not limited to reasonable travel expenses, incurred by such non-employee director in connection with respect to travel his or promotion related to the Company, her duties as approved by the Board of Directorsa director.
