Common use of Directors’ Expenses Clause in Contracts

Directors’ Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse each director for all expenses reasonably and properly incurred in line with Company travel and lodging policy while attending meetings of the Company or performing duties on behalf of the Company.

Directors’ Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse each director Director for all reasonable travel, hotel and other expenses reasonably incurred by that Director in attending Board and properly incurred committee meetings or otherwise in line with Company travel and lodging policy while attending meetings of the Company or performing duties on behalf of working for the Company.

Directors’ Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse each director be responsible for: (a) reimbursing the Directors for all travel, hotel and other expenses reasonably incurred by the Directors in attending Board meetings; and (b) procuring and properly incurred in line with Company travel paying for Directors' and lodging policy while attending meetings of the Company or performing duties on behalf of the CompanyOfficers' insurance.
