Common use of Directors’ Expenses Clause in Contracts

Directors’ Expenses. The Company shall reimburse each non-employee member of the Company's Board of Directors for travel expenses, incidental expenses and other expenses reasonably incurred in connection with the performance of their duties as a Director. Otherwise Company shall pay no compensation to its directors solely for their role as a directors.

Directors’ Expenses. The Company shall reimburse each non-employee member of the Company's Board of Directors directors for all reasonable travel expenses, incidental expenses and other expenses reasonably incurred in connection with attending meetings of the performance Board of their duties as a Director. Otherwise Company shall pay no compensation to its directors solely for their role as a directorsDirectors.

Directors’ Expenses. The Company shall reimburse each all reasonable expenses incurred by any non-employee member director, including in connection with attendance at Board meetings (including any meetings of committees of the Board of Directors) and any other meetings or events attended on behalf of the Company at the request of the Company's Board of Directors for ’s Chief Executive Officer. Any travel expenses, incidental expenses and other expenses reasonably incurred in connection reimbursements shall be consistent with the performance Company’s travel policies for its Chief Executive Officer and shall be prorated based on expenses incurred by such director on behalf of their duties as a Director. Otherwise Company shall pay no compensation to its directors solely for their role as a directorscompanies other than the Company.
