Directors & Officers Insurance Coverage. The Company, at its sole cost and expense, shall obtain and maintain in effect directors and officers (“D&O”) liability insurance under which the Executive is a named insured. The Company will maintain such insurance throughout the term hereof and for at least four (4) years thereafter.
