Directory Assistance Information. The Parties acknowledge that they have not reached agreement with regard to AT&T’s request that BA provide to AT&T BA directory assistance database information, and updates to such information, on other than a listing-by-listing basis through a query to BA’s directory assistance database (including, but not limited to, on magnetic tape, magnetic disk or similar media). This section will be revised as required by or as necessary to comply with Applicable Law.
