Common use of Directory Board Clause in Contracts

Directory Board. Landlord may erect and maintain a directory board in the main lobby of the Building which shall indicate the name of Tenant and the location of the Premises within the Building. Tenant shall pay Landlord’s cost of changes thereto, and any other signage with respect to the Premises. Should sufficient space exist on the directory board, Landlord may provide to Tenant, at Tenant’s expense, additional entries as requested. The directory board shall be exclusively controlled by Landlord and shall be for identification only and not for advertising. Landlord’s acceptance of any name for listing on the directory board will not be deemed, nor will it substitute for, Landlord’s consent, as required by this Lease, to any Transfer.
