Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and agree that, prior to the mutual execution and delivery of this Seventh Amendment, Landlord and Tenant have executed a Disability Access Obligations Notice pursuant to San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 38 in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B. In addition, Tenant acknowledges receipt from Landlord of an Access Information Notice in Tenant’s requested language in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C, and Tenant hereby confirms that Tenant’s requested language is English.
