DISABILITY FOR WORK. 12.1 If the Management Board Member is at any time disabled for work, he must inform Prosensa (or have Prosensa informed) accordingly (by telephone) before 9:00 a.m. The Management Board Member must follow the instructions given by the Arbodienst (Working Conditions Service).
