Disability or Disabled. the termination of the employment of Executive by the Company or any of its subsidiaries that employs such individual (or by the Company on behalf of any such subsidiary) shall be deemed to be by reason of a “Disability” if, as a result of Executive’s incapacity due to reasonably documented physical or mental illness that prevents illness, Executive shall have been unable for a period of six months, consecutive or is reasonably expected to prevent being able non-consecutive, within any 12-month period, to perform his duties with the Company or any subsidiary that employs such individual on a full-time basis for a period of not less than three consecutive monthsbasis.
