Common use of Disability or Involuntary Termination without Cause Clause in Contracts

Disability or Involuntary Termination without Cause. If the termination of your employment with the Company is the result of Disability or Involuntary Termination without Cause, any RSUs granted hereunder that remain unvested as of your Date of Termination shall continue to vest in accordance with the vesting schedule set forth in Paragraph 3 above, subject to the requirements of Paragraph 5 of this Agreement, but in no event later than the last business day of the month of the one year anniversary of your Date of Termination.
