Common use of Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Participation Clause in Contracts

Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Participation. Section 14.01 Pursuant to section 17076.11 of the Education Code, the DISTRICT has a participation goal for disabled veteran business enterprises (DVBE’s) of at least three (3) percent, per year, of funds expended each year by the DISTRICT on projects that use funds allocated by the State Allocation Board pursuant to the Xxxxx X.
