Common use of Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Participation Clause in Contracts

Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Participation. Pursuant to Education Code section 17076.11, District has a participation goal for disabled veteran business enterprises (“DVBEs”) of at least three (3) percent, per year, of funds expended each year by District on projects that use funds allocated by the State Allocation Board pursuant to the Xxxxx X. Xxxxxx School Facilities Act. Unless waived in writing by District, Consultant shall provide proof of DVBE compliance, in accordance with any applicable policies of District or the State Allocation Board, within thirty (30) days of its execution of this Agreement

In accordance therewith, per yearArchitect must submit, of funds expended each year by District on projects that use funds allocated upon request by the State Allocation Board pursuant District, appropriate documentation to the Xxxxx X. Xxxxxx School Facilities Act. Unless waived District identifying the steps Architect has taken to solicit DVBE participation in writing by District, Consultant shall provide proof of DVBE compliance, in accordance conjunction with any applicable policies of District or the State Allocation Board, within thirty (30) days of its execution of this Agreement, if applicable.
