DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISES (DBEs). At time of processing the required project agreements with the FHWA, the Commission will advise the (City/County/Grantee) of any required goals for participation by DBEs to be included in the (City’s/County’s/Grantee’s) proposal for the work to be performed. The (City/County/Grantee) shall submit for Commission approval a DBE goal or plan. The (City/County/Grantee) shall comply with the plan or goal that is approved by the Commission and all requirements of 49 C.F.R. Part 26, as amended.
