Disagreement Over Determination of BOP Benchmark. Any disagreement over the determination of the BOP Benchmark shall be resolved as set forth in Section 2(b) (Notice of Disagreement with BOP Benchmark Determination) of Attachment T (Monthly Reporting and Dispute Resolution by Independent AF Evaluator) to this Agreement.
