Disappearance Clause. If the body of an insured person has not been found within one year after the date of the disappearance due to sinking or wrecking of the aircraft or other public common carrier either on the ground or at sea in which the insured person was travelling at the time of the accident and under such circumstances as would otherwise be covered hereunder, it will be presumed that the insured person suffered from death resulting from bodily injury caused by an accident covered by this Policy at the time of such disappearance, sinking or wrecking.
