Disapplication of limitations. None of the limitations contained in Clause 8.1.3 shall apply to any claim to the extent that such claim which arises or is increased, or to the extent to which it arises or is increased, as the consequence of, or which is delayed as a result of, fraud by any member of the Seller’s Group or any director, officer or employee of any member of the Seller’s Group.
