Disaster Recovery Plan and Year Sample Clauses

The "Disaster Recovery Plan and Year" clause establishes the requirement for a formal plan outlining how an organization will respond to and recover from significant disruptive events, such as natural disasters or major system failures, within a specified timeframe. Typically, this clause mandates the creation, maintenance, and periodic testing of a disaster recovery plan, and may require the plan to be updated annually or reviewed each year to ensure its effectiveness. Its core practical function is to ensure business continuity and minimize operational downtime by proactively preparing for unforeseen disasters, thereby reducing risk and ensuring a swift recovery process.
