DISASTER RELIEF AREA. In the event that any federal, state or local government agency declares a state of emergency in which the LEASE PREMISES are designated or determined to be a “disaster relief area,” the Parties agree that this Agreement, including any rights hereunder, shall be suspended until a reasonable time following the removal of such designation of the LEASE PREMISES as a “disaster relief area.”
