Disburse Funds. Escrow Holder shall debit or credit (as provided herein) all charges to Buyer and Seller and withhold funds pursuant to Section 11. The Purchase Price (less any amounts required to be withheld as provided in Section 11(d)) shall be distributed by check payable to Seller unless Escrow Holder is instructed otherwise in writing signed by Seller (and, in such event, in accordance with such instructions).
