Common use of Disbursement Authorization Clause in Contracts

Disbursement Authorization. The Borrower shall have delivered to the Agent all information necessary for the Agent to issue wire transfer instructions on behalf of the Borrower for the initial and subsequent Loans to be made under this Financing Agreement, including, but not limited to, disbursement authorizations in form acceptable to the Agent.

Disbursement Authorization.
