Disbursement of Amounts Received by the Indenture Trustee. Subject to the last sentence of this Section 3.10 and Section 3.2, amounts to be distributed by the Indenture Trustee pursuant to this Section 3 shall be distributed on the date such amounts are actually received by the Indenture Trustee. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section 3, in the event the Indenture Trustee shall be required or directed to make a payment under this Section 3 on the same date on which such payment is received, any amounts received by the Indenture Trustee after 12:00 noon, New York City time, or on a day other than a Business Day, may be distributed on the next succeeding Business Day.
