Disbursement of Issuance Costs. When the Bonds have been executed as provided in this Indenture, they shall be delivered to the Trustee which shall authenticate them and deliver them to the Purchaser as specified in the Delivery Instructions of the Issuer. On the Closing Date, the Trustee shall disburse the moneys received as proceeds of the Bonds in accordance with instructions as specified in the Delivery Instructions of the Issuer. Subsequent to the Closing Date and prior to the Completion Date, the Trustee shall disburse the moneys received as proceeds of the Bonds in accordance with Written Requests received by the Trustee in a manner consistent with Section 2.02 hereof.
