Common use of Disbursement of Refurbishment Allowance Clause in Contracts

Disbursement of Refurbishment Allowance. Provided that no Event of Default by Tenant is then continuing under the Lease, as amended herein, Landlord shall make disbursements of the Refurbishment Allowance for Refurbishment Allowance Items for the benefit of Tenant and shall authorize the release of monies for the benefit of Tenant as follows.

Disbursement of Refurbishment Allowance. Provided that no Event of Default by Tenant is then continuing not in default on any of its obligations under the Lease, as amended herein, upon completion of any Refurbished Improvements, Landlord shall make disbursements a disbursement of the Refurbishment Allowance for Refurbishment Allowance Items for the benefit of Tenant and shall authorize the release of monies for the benefit of Tenant as follows.:

Provided that no Event of Default by Tenant is then continuing not in monetary default on any of its obligations under the this Lease, as amended hereinupon completion of the Refurbished Improvements, Landlord shall make disbursements a disbursement of the Refurbishment Allowance for Refurbishment Allowance Items for the benefit of Tenant and shall authorize the release of monies for the benefit of Tenant as follows.

Disbursement of Refurbishment Allowance. Provided that no Event of Default by Tenant is then continuing not in Default under the Lease, as amended herein, upon completion of the Refurbished Improvements (but not earlier than September 1, 2014), Landlord shall make disbursements a disbursement of the Refurbishment Allowance for Refurbishment Allowance Items for the benefit of Tenant and shall authorize the release of monies for the benefit of Tenant as follows.

Disbursement of Refurbishment Allowance. Provided that no Event of Default by Tenant is then continuing not in default (beyond all applicable notice and cure provisions) on any of its obligations under the Lease, as amended herein, Landlord shall make disbursements a disbursement of the Refurbishment Allowance for Refurbishment Allowance Items for the benefit of Tenant and shall authorize the release of monies for the benefit of Tenant as follows.:
