Disbursements From Replacement Reserve Fund. (i) Funding Lender will make disbursements from the Replacement Reserve Fund for reimbursement of the actual cost of Capital Replacements performed by Xxxxxxxx, provided that all the conditions in this Section 4.04(f) have been satisfied, as determined by Funding Lender in Funding Xxxxxx’s Discretion.
