DISBURSEMENTS TO THIRD PARTIES. Upon the occurrence of a Default occasioned by Borrowers’ failure to pay money to a third party as required by this Agreement, Administrative Agent may but shall not be obligated to make such payment from the Loan proceeds or other funds of Lenders. If such payment is made from proceeds of the Loan, Borrowers shall immediately deposit with Administrative Agent, upon written demand, an amount equal to such payment. If such payment is made from funds of Lenders, Borrowers shall immediately repay such funds upon written demand of Administrative Agent. In either case, the Default with respect to which any such payment has been made by Administrative Agent or Lenders shall not be deemed cured until such deposit or repayment (as the case may be) has been made by Borrowers to Administrative Agent.
