DISBURSEMENTS TO THIRD PARTIES. Upon the occurrence of a Default occasioned by Borrower’s or Operating Lessee’s failure to pay money to a third party as required by this Agreement, Administrative Agent may but shall not be obligated to make such payment on behalf of such Person and Borrower shall immediately repay such funds upon written demand of Administrative Agent. In either case, the Default with respect to which any such payment has been made by Administrative Agent shall not be deemed cured until such repayment has been made by Borrower to Administrative Agent.
