Discharge and Covenant Defeasance. The provisions of Article XI of the Base Indenture that specify the conditions upon which the Company may be deemed to have been Discharged from its obligations with respect to the Notes or upon which the Company may be deemed to have effected Covenant Defeasance with respect to the Notes shall apply to the Notes (including the obligation of the Company to comply with Section 6.07 of the Base Indenture added hereby).
