Common use of Discharge by Company Clause in Contracts

Discharge by Company. The Company shall be entitled to immediately terminate the Term and to discharge the Executive for cause, which shall be limited to the following grounds: (i) Conviction of a felony; or (ii) Commission of a willful or intentional act which could injure the reputation, business or business or business relationships of the Company including the violation of the terms of Sections 10 and/or 11 hereof;
