Discharge of Certain Registrations in the Province of Quebec. So long as no Servicer Termination Event shall have occurred, the Servicer shall have the authority to sign, for and on behalf of the Trust, any document reasonably required to be signed by the Trust and the Seller and filed in the Register of Personal and Movable Real Rights (Quebec) (the "Register") for the purpose of effecting the discharge of any hypothec, lease, sale with a reservation of ownership, sale with a right of repurchase or any other registration forming part of the Pool Assets and registered in the Register, provided such discharge is granted by the Servicer in the ordinary course of its business.
