Common use of Discharge of Commission Clause in Contracts

Discharge of Commission. Lessee shall, at its sole cost and expense, discharge in full (a) any outstanding commission obligation on the part of Lessor with respect to this Lease in the event that all or any portion of this Lease is recaptured pursuant to this Article 10, and (b) any commission which may be due and owing as a result of any proposed assignment or subletting, whether or not the subject portion of the Premises is "recaptured" pursuant thereto and rented by Lessor to the proposed tenant or any other tenant.
