Discharge of Corporation's Obligations. Subject to the performance of its obligations under this Section 7(d), the Corporation shall have no further obligations to the Executive in respect of any termination by the Executive for Good Reason or by the Corporation other than for Cause or Disability, except to the extent expressly provided under any of the plans referred to in Section 5(c) or 5(d) or as otherwise provided under Section 8.

Discharge of Corporation's Obligations. Subject to the performance of its obligations under this Section 7(d)Sections 6, 7, 8 and 11, the Corporation shall have no further obligations to the Executive under this Agreement in respect of any termination by the Executive for Good Reason Constructive Termination or by the Corporation other than for Cause or Disability, except to the extent expressly provided under any of the plans referred to in Section 5(c) or 5(d) or as otherwise provided under Section 8.
