Common use of Discharge of Duties of General Partner Clause in Contracts

Discharge of Duties of General Partner. The General Partner agrees to exercise its powers and discharge its duties under this Agreement honestly, in good faith and in the best interests of the Limited Partnership and in connection therewith shall exercise the standard of care that a reasonably prudent person would exercise in similar circumstances.

Discharge of Duties of General Partner.
