DISCHARGE OF PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS. 5.1 Discharge: Credit to Originator. Upon completion of a funds transfer authorized by Agreementss.2.1, the corresponding Payment Obligation of the Originator will be discharged to the same extent as if such payment had been received in cash. Beneficiary will credit Originator for the amount of such payment, as of the date the funds transfer was completed.
