Common use of Discharge Prior to Maturity Clause in Contracts

Discharge Prior to Maturity. Subject to Section 4.5 of the Indenture, if the Company or the Guarantor deposits with the Trustee or a Paying Agent cash or Government Obligations sufficient to pay the entire indebtedness of the Securities not theretofore delivered to the Trustee for cancellation, including principal of, any premiums and interest on, and any Additional Amounts with respect to, such Securities to the date of the deposits and satisfies certain conditions specified in the Indenture, the Company and the Guarantor will be discharged from the Indenture, except for certain sections thereof.
