Discharge Prior to Maturity. In accordance with the terms of the Indenture, if the Company deposits with the Trustee money or Government Obligations sufficient to pay the then outstanding principal of and accrued and unpaid interest on the Securities of this series (a) the Company will be discharged from the Securities of this series and the Indenture with respect to the Securities of this series, except in certain circumstances for certain provisions thereof, and (b) the Company will be discharged from certain covenants set forth in the Indenture.
