Discharge Prior to Maturity. The Indenture shall be satisfied and discharged and the Notes canceled upon the payment of all Notes and, as provided in Article Four of the Base Indenture, shall be satisfied and discharged except for certain obligations upon the irrevocable deposit with the Trustee of funds sufficient for such payment.
